A convoluted floor plan was redesigned to create a space that was geared for entertaining.
The rear portion of the terrace containing a maze of awkward rooms, twisting hallway and external laundry were all demolished.
A new layout was configured to create a flowing inside-outside space. The wet areas were brought together and an open plan area consisting of the kitchen, dining and living areas was designed to flow straight onto a rear courtyar... [read more]

A new double height off form concrete and glass structure to the rear of an existing two storey residence.
The existing layout of the residence was altered to provide a connection to the living and dining zone that is contained within the new double height void. This area then flows externally on to an open timber deck and in ground pool with associated landscaping.
