A new layout was designed to provide the client with a more functional way of life.

A fourth bedroom with harbour views was included within the existing roof area, an ensuite and walk-in robe added to the existing master bedroom, and on ground floor an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The open plan area flows through stacking doors onto a terraced area located at the rear.

Capitilising on the terraces rear lane access and site topography, a secure garage space with wine cellar was designed to sit below the terrace.

The materials used included large format floor tiles, stone bench tops, aluminum framed doors and windows, and a glass roof panel over the kitchen and living areas promoting an abundance of natural light. Timber framing and associated cladding were also used as part of the construction.
