A striking commercial space designed to suit a range of uses and occupants.

The layout created a multipurpose ground floor and ample office space on the first floor. The positioning of the first floor creates shelter for the external car spaces.

The materials used included precast concrete panels, aluminum framed windows, steel and three striking structural blade columns. Given the large area of roof catchment a rainwater tank was introduced to service the landscaping within the front building setback.
