A ground floor extension and redesign of floor layouts has transformed the existing into a classically styled contemporary residence.

Designed for Modify the ground floor layout was revised to include an entry, study nook, separate living areas, dining and kitchen. A butlers pantry services the new kitchen whilst the stairs were rotated to include a laundry, powder room and storage area. The first floor level consists of three bedrooms, one of which is a master with ensuite and walk in robe. The existing bathroom was redesigned to include a separate bath and shower. Each bedroom benefits from a fabricated steel juliet balcony with steel framed french doors.

The existing garage was widened to provide adequate circulation around the stationary vehicle whilst internal access into the residence was included.

The materials used included fabricated steel, stone bench tops, steel framed doors and windows and stone bench tops. Masonry construction finished with painted cement render completes the residence externally.
