A first floor addition and redesign of the ground floor layout has converted the existing into an ideal beach side residence.

The ground floor layout has been redesigned into an open plan format that provides a direct link to the outdoor terrace and secure parking area towards the rear of the site. The first floor level consists of two double size bedrooms and a bathroom. A master bedroom is also located on the first floor and is serviced by an ensuite and walk in robe.

The subject site abuts three roadways with one providing access to a single garage that links into the outdoor terrace area. A first floor studio then sits over the garage and is fully self contained.

The materials used included sandstone, native hardwood timbers, stone bench tops, aluminum framed doors and windows. Timber framing and associated cladding were also used as part of the construction.
