A redesign of the existing floor plan has created an indoor-outdoor flowing residence with highly sought after off-street parking.

The rear portion of the three-bedroom semi-detached terrace was demolished and a new configuration designed to reflect the client's lifestyle.

The new layout brought the wet areas together, added storage within the roof area, and created an open plan kitchen, dining and living area which flows to the rear garden via a covered outdoor deck.

Within the front boundary a single hardstand car space was designed creating secure off-street parking.

The materials used included bamboo flooring, stone bench tops, aluminum framed windows and doors, and native hardwood timber decking.
